BC TechTrail is my professional technology portfolio and a place where I share hands-on IT projects, technical knowledge, troubleshooting experience, and practical technology solutions.
My experience covers Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, identity and access management, virtualization, cloud technologies, collaboration platforms, VoIP, IT service management, and security.
Professional experience, supported by practice
My technical foundation combines professional IT support experience, academic education, structured IT training, enterprise-style personal labs, and documented projects. Professional work includes user support, troubleshooting, endpoint deployment, ticket documentation, and escalation.
Training and personal labs are separate from employment. They provide independent environments to configure, integrate, test, troubleshoot, secure, and document technologies in depth. Public project write-ups describe these safe environments, not employer or client systems.
A clear direction
My current foundation is centered around IT support, Microsoft technologies, networking, endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, and identity. My long-term direction is increasingly focused on cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity security, cloud security, and cloud architecture.
I also provide practical technology assistance for individuals and small businesses in Greater Houston, with remote support where the work can be completed remotely.
